Installation
Rentablez is a cloud-based web application, which means there is no software to download or install on your computer. You can access your entire rental business from any device with a web browser.
Setting up your account takes just 3–5 minutes. Once you are signed up, you can log in instantly and start working.
System Requirements
Rentablez works on all modern devices. For the best experience, we recommend:
- Supported Browsers: The latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
- Devices: Desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Internet Connection: A stable broadband or mobile data connection is required as Rentablez runs in the cloud.
Note: You do not need to download any .exe or .dmg files.
Create Your Account
Follow these simple steps to create your new rental management account:

Go to the Rentablez Signup Page.

Enter your Email Address.

Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters, including at least one number and symbol).

Click Sign Up or Create Account.

Check your email inbox for a verification message from Rentablez.

Open the email and click the Verify Email link.

You will be automatically redirected back to Rentablez and logged in.
First Login
Once your account is verified, logging in is simple:
- Go to the Rentablez Login Page.
- Enter your Email and Password.
- Click Sign In.
- You will be taken directly to your new Dashboard.
Initial Setup Wizard
When you log in for the very first time, you may see a quick “Welcome Wizard.” This short guide will ask for your Business Name and Industry (e.g., Equipment Rental, Event Rental) to help configure your account.
Completing this wizard is recommended, but you can skip it and enter these details in Settings later if you prefer.
Mobile Access
Rentablez is fully responsive, meaning it adapts perfectly to your phone or tablet screen.
- Mobile Browser: Simply open Chrome or Safari on your phone and visit app.rentablez.com to log in.
- Add to Home Screen: For quick access, you can add the Rentablez website to your phone’s home screen, making it function just like an app.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
If you run into trouble during setup, try these quick fixes:
- Didn’t receive verification email? Check your Spam or Junk folder. If it’s not there, try clicking “Resend verification” on the login screen.
- Forgot password? Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it via email.
- Browser not supported? If pages look strange, ensure your browser is up to date (we recommend Chrome for the best performance).
- Can’t sign in? Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then refresh the page.
