What Is the Operations Hub?
The Operations Hub in Rentablez is where your team manages everything that moves — equipment going out, gear coming back, and the routes in between.
How It Works
The Hub has three tabs at the top: Outbound for orders ready to dispatch, Inbound for orders due back, and Routes for today’s planned delivery runs. The top-right corner always shows the total order count and combined value for whichever tab you’re on, so you know the day’s workload at a glance.
What’s Going Out Today? — Outbound
Click Outbound to see all orders that need to leave the warehouse today or are overdue. Each row shows the order number, customer, scheduled date, how many days overdue it is, item count, and value.
Orders with a red left border are overdue. Orders with an amber border are due today. Orders with a green border are scheduled for a future date.
Click the → arrow on any row to open the dispatch detail page and process that order.
Statuses you’ll see here: Reserved (nothing dispatched yet) and Partially Dispatched (some items already sent, more pending).
What’s Coming Back? — Inbound
Click Inbound to see orders that are due back. The layout and filters are identical to Outbound — same search, same date filter, same Overdue and Today quick buttons.
Statuses you’ll see here: Rented Out (everything is still with the customer) and Partially Received (some items returned, more outstanding).
Who’s Driving Where? — Routes
Click Routes to see today’s planned delivery and pickup runs. The tab badge shows how many routes are planned for today. Use this tab to create routes, assign drivers, and move unplanned orders onto a route.
Filtering the List
Use the Search box to find orders by order number, customer name, phone, or location.
Use the Status dropdown to filter by a specific order status.
Click Overdue or Today for instant quick filters. Click All to reset back to everything.
Pick a date from the date picker to see orders scheduled on that specific day — this disables the Overdue and Today buttons while a date is selected.
Clicking an Order Number
Click any order number in the list to open a quick popover. It shows the customer’s phone, scheduled date, item count, value, and a View Full Order link that takes you to the full order page.
Calendar View
Click Calendar in the top right to switch from the list to a calendar layout. This is useful for spotting busy days ahead and planning your team’s schedule. The Calendar button is not shown on the Routes tab.
You’re All Set!
The Rentablez Operations Hub is your team’s daily starting point — everything moving in and out of your warehouse is managed from here. Open the Outbound tab to dispatch today’s orders, check Inbound for what’s due back, and use Routes to assign drivers and plan the day’s runs.
