How It Works
Reports pulls live data from across your Rentablez account — orders, assets, customers, payments, and maintenance — and surfaces it as dashboards, tables, and charts. No manual export needed. Filter by date range, drill into specific numbers, and export when you need to share outside the platform. The three sections inside — Analytics Dashboard, All Reports, and Profit Calculator — each serve a different purpose.
What’s Happening Right Now? — Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics Dashboard is your daily command center. It opens by default when you click Reports and gives you a real-time snapshot of the business — today’s pickups and returns, outstanding payments, asset availability, recent order activity, and financial summaries for the current period.

Want the Full Numbers? — All Reports
All Reports gives you detailed, filterable reports across every area of the business.
Revenue Reports show income broken down by asset, customer, or time period — useful for identifying your highest earners and your slowest movers.
Asset Utilization Reports show how often each item is rented versus sitting idle. Use this to spot underused equipment and make smarter purchasing decisions.
Customer Analytics show your most active clients, order frequency, and revenue per customer — helpful for identifying loyalty opportunities and following up on quiet accounts.
Maintenance Reports show service history, job counts, and total repair costs per asset — so you know which equipment is expensive to keep versus worth replacing.

The Profit Calculator helps you work out whether a new piece of equipment is worth the investment before you buy it. Enter the purchase price, expected rental rate, estimated utilization, and maintenance costs — and Rentablez calculates the projected return on investment.
