How to Request Account Deletion?

If you need to delete your Rentablez account, you can submit a deletion request through the website. The request goes through a review process to ensure data integrity before your account is permanently removed.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

1. Visit the Rentablez website and navigate to your account settings or the Delete Account page.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Provide a reason for the deletion (optional but helpful).
4. Click Submit Request.

You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request.

What Happens After Submission?

Your deletion request goes through these stages:

Important Things to Know

• Data Retention: Once your account is deleted, all your data (orders, invoices, customer records) will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
• Active Subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled as part of the deletion process.
• Outstanding Balances: Any pending payments must be settled before the account can be deleted.
• Processing Time: Deletion requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.

Cancelling a Deletion Request

If you change your mind after submitting a deletion request:

1. Contact the Rentablez support team via email.
2. Reference your deletion request.
3. The admin can cancel the request if it hasn’t been completed yet.

For Administrators

Admins can manage deletion requests from the Admin Console:

1. Navigate to Admin Console → Account Deletion Requests.
2. View all pending, reviewed, and completed requests.
3. Click on any request to review the details.
4. Approve or reject the request with a reason.
5. The user is automatically notified of the decision.
