How to Manage Invoice PDF Templates?
Invoice PDF Templates control the layout and design of invoice PDFs generated through the Design & Share feature. Browse the available templates, preview them, and select which one to use for invoices and proforma invoices.
Where to Find It
Navigate to Settings → Invoice Templates to open the Invoice PDF Templates page.
View Available Templates
The template list shows all available invoice layouts in a table. Each template has a unique design for how your invoice data is presented to customers.
Preview a Template
Click the Preview action on any template row to see a full preview of how your invoice will look with that design.
Select a Template
You can set separate templates for two document types:
Invoice Template
Click Select as Invoice on a template row to make it your default invoice template.
Proforma Template
Click Select as Proforma on a template row to make it your default proforma (quote) template.
When a template is selected, a confirmation message appears: “Invoice template updated successfully” or “Proforma template updated successfully”.
Request More Templates
Need a custom design? Click the Request More Templates button in the top-right corner. This opens the Support Assistant where you can submit a request for additional template designs.
Who Can Change This?
Only users with Settings Write permission can select or change templates.
