How to Configure Operations Settings?
Operations Settings let you control how outbound handover actions are labelled and processed in the Operations Hub. This ensures the workflow matches your business model — whether you deliver equipment to customers or they pick it up themselves.
Where to Find It
Navigate to Settings → Operations to access the operations configuration.
Fulfillment Mode
The fulfillment mode determines what action buttons appear when processing outbound items in the Operations Hub.
| Mode | Button Label | Use When |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery (default) | “Confirm Dispatch” | You deliver equipment to the customer’s location |
| Self-Pickup | ”Confirm Handover” | The customer comes to your warehouse to collect the equipment |
Set the Fulfillment Mode
- Navigate to Settings → Operations.
- Select the Fulfillment Mode from the dropdown.
- Click Save Settings.
Note: This sets the default mode for all orders. Individual orders can override this setting from the Outbound detail view in the Operations Hub.
Who Can Change This?
Only users with Settings Write permission can update operations settings.
