How to Generate a Quote?
Generate professional PDF quotes with pricing and equipment details to send to customers. For example, after creating an enquiry for a customer’s wedding photography equipment request, you can generate a quote showing all camera gear, lenses, and accessories with pricing, taxes, and terms—ready to send within minutes.
Generate Quote
Navigate to the Enquiry List, click the Actions menu, and select Generate Quote to start.
Send Quote
Once the quote is generated, it will include all equipment details, rental dates, pricing breakdown, taxes, and your terms and conditions. You can share this professional document with your customer in two ways:
1. Download PDF
Download the quote as a PDF file to save for your records or to send manually via your preferred email client.
2. Email Directly
Send the quote instantly from within the system. Rentablez will email the PDF directly to the customer’s registered email address, saving you time.
