When a customer confirms their equipment and accepts the quote, Rentablez converts the enquiry into a confirmed order in one click — no re-entering details, no manual copying. Customer Said Yes? — Convert to Order

Open the enquiry from the Enquiries list and click Convert to Order. Rentablez checks equipment availability automatically before creating the order to prevent double bookings.

Everything Transfers — What Carries Over

Rentablez moves all of the enquiry details into the new order automatically:

  • Customer information
  • Rental dates and duration

What Happens Next? — After Conversion
